Blood Ties

Blood Ransom

I always wanted to write more about Rachel and Theo – though when I finished Blood Ties I only had a small part of the story that would later become Blood Ransom. I knew that I wanted to bring in more clones of both characters  - and that Theo and Rachel would have to face the failed cloning experiments that Elijah attempted before he managed to create a perfect clone. I loved writing Blood Ties and writing the first half of Blood Ransom was just the same. It was brilliant to be back inside Rachel and Theo’s heads. The second half, with all its plot twists and story developments was much harder work but I’m really happy with how the book ended up.
