​​Life at Mayfield Academy seems normal enough, until Georgia discovers one of her teachers, dead, in the school library. She thinks it must be a terrible accident, but when she returns a few minutes later the body has vanished.

Georgia knows a murder has taken place, but only her best friend Billy believes her.

Determined to unmask the killer, Georgia and Billy hunt for evidence. But with new girl, Wren, getting involved and friendship dynamics also at play, there's more at stake than dead bodies. And soon its clear someone is prepared to go to any lengths to stop their investigation.
